About the Course
Are you tired of Pasta, Burgers and salads?
Are you craving foods that truly satisfy you beyond sugar, salt and fat?
Do you wish to prevent disease with a balanced diet?
Then welcome to this private cooking class!
Similar to the group cooking class we will be implementing the ayurvedic principles into our private cooking- additionally we will be focusing on what foods, spices and types of dishes are best for you.
We will be cooking a dish that is tailored to your vikruti (current state of imbalance). If you, for example, are experiencing a lot of constipation, gas & bloating then the dish we cook will be one that focuses on soothing your digestion. Or If you have arthritis then we will be focusing on cooking a dish that can soothe the joints ( yes! this is absolutely possible).
Alongside our "cooking venture" I will also provide you with important key factors that will be of benefit for you.
This means that prior to our 1 on 1 I will have you fill out a form that will help me understand you Vikruti. I will then suggest three dishes and you pick the one we cook!
