About the Course
Do you want to adopt a healthier & holistic lifestyle but do not know what to do or how?
Are you feeling an inner urge to take responsibility for your health now?
Then this package might just be what you need in order to go all in!
This warm, cozy and extremely personal package will take place over the course of 2-4 weeks depending on your preference, availability and vikruti (your current state of imbalance). You will have five consultations that will be of 60-90 min duration each.
I will also be available by phone during set hours in which you can contact me for an even closer follow-up during your progress.
Your first consultation will serve the purpose of getting to know one another and allow me to determine your Prakruti and Vikruti (constitution and current state of imbalance). This setting can be felt as very personal and intimate, as I will be asking about your current lifestyle, mental health, emotional health, diet, stools, past experiences and more.
An Ayurvedic Health & Wellness Guide is what I will provide you with in our second consultation where we will go through the whys and hows of the three main lifestyle changes that I will be recommending you. You will receive additional advice that you can implement whenever you are ready, which may be in one month or even a year. It is important to make changes slowly and respectfully towards yourself.
And now its time to get cooking- the third part of this package is a 1 on 1 cooking class, or humbly speaking: us cooking a meal together. Following the ayurvedic principles and especially paying attention to your vikruti and the current season. You will receive information on what foods/ types of meals can help balance your physical body as well as a few recipes.
Our fourth meet up is open to the process. We might engage in a physical activity of some kind, like a walk through nature, we might be doing yoga or anything else that seems valuable at the time. I will definitely have an open ear for your input and wishes! If you for example really felt for another cooking class then we would do that!
Last but not least we will have a concluding meet up which will also focus on pranayama and meditation. We will sit together in this cozy setting and go through the changes that have happened, talk about your emotions during this process and anything that comes up.
My goal with this package is for you to deeply reconnect with yourself, regain clarity, stability and an internal "yes"- feeling towards everyday life and life in general. This means being able to stand in the storm of challenging times- which just is a part of life. Connecting with yourself also means to connect with nature, as we are a part of nature, which will allow you to be your own healer and best friend- something truly important in this modern day & age!
